What will the Regency offer me that I don’t already have in my home?
Our community will provide the comfort of your own home without the work. You will be able to participate in a variety of social activities, enjoy a good book in our library, access to scheduled transportation, and the benefit of NIT Therapy services in-home and on-site.
Will I be able to decorate my new home?
Absolutely. Many residents choose to wallpaper a bathroom, add border paper in their kitchen, or paint their bedroom a favorite color. And don’t forget to bring your special “finishing touches”—favorite furniture, a grandfather clock, and family mementos—all the things that really make it home!
Will there be any stairs in my new home?
There are no stairs at the Regency. You will love our ranch-style living.
Do I have to participate in social activities?
No, but you will probably want to. Our community plans a variety of social, educational, and wellness programs. You’ll find a variety of activities inside and outside of our community.
Can my grandchildren or friends come for any overnight visit?
You bet! They have the option to stay in your residence or you can reserve our private guest room for their visit. You’ll probably have more free time and energy to spend with them now that you’re free from all the responsibilities of owning a home.
How do I get on the priority list?
It’s easy! With no deposit fee charged, just contact us to make your reservation. Our Reservation Program lets you define your choice of floor plan and allows you to participate in our many activities, including a potluck twice a month.
What if a residence becomes available and I’m not ready?
When a residence becomes available, the Regency’s Executive Director will contact you to arrange a personal no-obligation tour. You are free to decline and maintain your status on the priority list. You will be contacted in the future when the residence of your choice becomes available.
What is the advantage of being on the Reservation list?
By being on our no-fee Reservation list, you will receive our monthly updates and are welcome to participate in the Regency activities, enjoy a cup of coffee with us, and partake in our potlucks or lunch bunch activities.
