I grew up in Waupaca and graduated here but my home is in Wautoma and has been there for 10 years now. I am married and have 3 busy boys and a cat named Ollie; they keep be very busy when I am not working. I have been in the healthcare field for over 20 years and have worked for Park Vista for the last 7 years.

I love working in the healthcare field and being able to help and make a difference in someone’s life. The bond that you can create with them as we all become one big family. I just love to be able to hear all theirs stories they have to share.

My hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, bowling, scrapbooking and watching my kids play sports.

Cassidy Borchert
Administrative Assistant

I have been working at Park Vista since 2021. I have been in the healthcare field since 2017. I grew up and graduated from Waupaca in 2017

I like working with the elderly because of their amazing stories and experiences from there past. Also making a meaning difference in their physical and emotional well- being.

My hobbies are camping, traveling, and spending time with family.

25 years of health care experience has made me truly enjoy being there for my patients, residents and their families during all walks of life. Teaching someone to understand their health care situation makes my heart happy knowing they feel empowered by knowledge.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially with my husband, children and 2 dogs. We love to go up north to our cabin and spend time outside. I love to travel, listen to books and crochet. 

Jessica Gregg
Assisted Living Coordinator

I was born and raised in Milwaukee. I moved to Waupaca in August 2015. We wanted to get out of the city and live in a smaller community. I am married and have two boys. I have worked for Park Vista since I moved to Waupaca.

I love doing what I do. Knowing you are making a difference in others’ lives by making memories and bonding with them in many ways every day is a feeling that can not be explained.

My hobbies are swimming, walking, and doing things with my family.

I love working at Park Vista because it’s about family and having the opportunity of developing a connection with residents, families including all the people at Park Vista. 

I enjoy working with seniors the most because they are knowledgeable and have the best stories to tell you! 

A fun fact about me is I have a passion for cake decorating and I love to coupon.

Nora Mitchell
Activity Director

I am the Activity director at Park Vista Waupaca and I really enjoy the interaction I have with the residents.

I enjoy stories they tell of the unique life they have lived and I enjoy making their day a bit exciting in the activities that I am able to bring to them.

My personal interests are crafting, scrape booking, and I really enjoying cooking up tasty foods for my family.

 I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Community Relations Director at our Assisted living facility with over 13 years of experience in health and life insurance as well as healthcare, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to improving the lives of those I serve.

I look forward to bringing my diverse experience and dedication to our community here at Park Vista. Together we can create a supportive and enriching environment for all our community members.

Beyond my professional endeavors I am deeply involved in my community as an active participant on various boards. And volunteer extensively within my community.  I am always striving to make a positive impact.

For fun I love to watch my kids play sports, spend time with friends and family, Golf, bowl and go on vacations.
