Your peace of mind is our top priority, as it should be at any assisted living community. Our retirement campus is nestled among acres of beautifully wooded grounds in Appleton and offer a broad range of lifestyle and care options to provide our residents with worry-free retirement living.
Willow Lane provides individual, compassionate care and ongoing support throughout life’s challenges. We work tirelessly to preserve dignity and empower choices; delivering all we do with a smile. All of our team members are hand selected to ensure that they will provide the very best care to all residents.
Our dream was to have an Appleton Assisted Living Facility. This is a place to live and enjoy life while people could enjoy nature and all the natural surroundings.
The senior retirement community is built on 24 acres that is being restored back into all natural gardens with native plantings and fruit trees. Our residents at this Appleton Assisted Living facility will enjoy the change of seasons with fresh fruits and vegetables grown on site. The landscape also offers a water feature called Willow Lake. A beautiful covered bridge leads to walking trails that take you through the native prairies, gardens and orchards throughout the property.

Meet The Team
Brenda M Dusso
I love working for Willow Lane because of our smaller size which allows for personal relationships with not only the residents but their families. I am privileged with great staff who appreciate the same. These relationships are the foundation of our very warm, friendly, and happy environment. Precious residents, great families and great staff form the beautiful blessed family of Willow Lane!
Our residents warm my heart in so many ways. Their stories, interactions with each other, and occasional lack of filters can bring on a belly roll of laughter. The fragile moments when they just need someone to care, understand, listen, or reassure them remind me of why we’re here. The honor of serving our aged friends who served others for so many years brings me much joy and a great feeling of satisfaction. I’m making a difference and making life matter in the lives of others. That’s everything!
Most people find it interesting that I played drums in a successful 50’s & 60’s band for 5 years throughout Wisconsin and the surrounding states back in the 1980’s. I continued my love for playing and music in the church environment. I am currently a worship leader in my home church.
