Laurie Kettlewell
Regional Executive Director
What do you like about working for PV: I like working for Park Vista because it’s more than than just a job—it feels like family. The company puts both staff and residents above all else. It doesn’t matter whether you are the owner or a housekeeper; everyone is treated with respect and valued as part of the team.
What do you like about working with seniors: I love working with seniors because each resident is unique in their own way and has wonderful stories to share, especially about5 their past experiences. It is incredibly rewarding to be able to put a smile on their face and know they are happy to see you each day when you come to work.
Fun fact: I enjoy spending time with my adult children and supporting my grandchildren in their athletic activities.

Why do you like working for Park Vista? I love working at Park Vista because this it is not just a job it’s a family, the relationships I have created with residents, their families, co-workers, and the community are so rewarding.
What about working with seniors do you enjoy most. I enjoy seeing them every day and being a person, they know they can count on. Little do they know I need them just as much as they need me!
A fun fact about yourself. I have a 180-pound English Mastiff named Bee.

Jennifer Spaeth
Community Director
I grew up and graduated from Waupaca, I am married and have 2 daughters. I have been in the healthcare field for 12 years and have worked for The Legacy since 2018.
I love working with the dementia residents because even when they are having a bad day, they tend to put a smile on your face, and you get to see that you are always making a difference in their life.
My hobbies include reading, camping, and keeping busy with my 2 daughters as they tend to grow up too fast.

Chrissy Wolfgram
Activities Director
I am the Activity Director, and I was born in Neenah, WI. I grew up and graduated from Waupaca in 2007. I have been working for Park Vista The Legacy since 2016, I started out as a resident assistant.
I like working with the elderly because they have the best stories about their life and they always have something funny to say, I also love to make people smile.
My hobbies are reading, spending time with loved ones, and making sure everyone drinks their water.

I love working at Park Vista because it’s about family and having the opportunity of developing a connection with residents, families including all the people at Park Vista.
I enjoy working with seniors the most because they are knowledgeable and have the best stories to tell you!

What I like about working for Park Vista: I love working for Park Vista because I get the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day. Working in a dementia unit takes patience, compassion, and heart. I truly enjoy building relationships with the residents and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
What I like most about working with seniors: Working with seniors has taught me patience, compassion, and appreciation for every stage in life. Knowing I can help improve someone’s quality of life and make them feel cared for is the most rewarding part of what I do daily.
Fun fact: I traveled 35 states by the time I was 16.
