North Hill

Illinois & Iowa

Park Vista Retirement Living - North Hill is a 196 unit – Independent, Assisted and Memory Care licensed facility located in East Moline, Illinois. The property, built in 1997, has beautiful tree cover and is located close to the downtown section of the city. On the property, there are fifteen independent villas in addition to the assisted and independent building.

Park Vista Waupaca is a 94 unit – Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) licensed facility located in Waupaca, Wisconsin. Park Vista Waupaca has both independent and assisted apartment units. The property, built in 2005, has beautiful tree cover and backs up to the town’s golf course. On the property, there are six independent villas in addition to the main building.

Park Vista Senior Housing Management, LLC is a full service senior housing management company formed in 2009 to meet a need in the senior living market for onsite property management services that also specialized in providing asset and investment management for the ownership. Park Vista Senior Housing Management, LLC is located in Clinton, Iowa and manages senior living properties in Illinois and Wisconsin. Park Vista Senior Housing Management, LLC is a sister company to Greywolf Partners, Inc.

Our Team

Julie M. Lonergan


Julie Lonergan is the president and principal at Park Vista Senior Housing Management and JPL Investments, LLC. Julie has an established tenure in leading strategic planning, business development initiatives and mergers and acquisitions in healthcare organizations, the medical technology industry and the real estate sector. Julie earned her Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology and received her dual Masters in Healthcare Administration and Business from the University of Iowa. Her experience ranges from creating successful innovative strategies within health care organizations to forming strategic partnerships within the real estate investment community. In her real estate partnerships, she has successfully developed and implemented the systems necessary to consistently generate significant ROI within months of taking over investment operations. Julie brings over ten years of strategic planning and business development, ownership and operations in the real estate sector to Park Vista Senior Housing Management, LLC.

Lynn Morgan, RN

Executive Director of Healthcare

Lynn Morgan is the Executive Director of Nursing for Park Vista Senior Housing Management. Lynn is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis. Prior to her time at Park Vista, Lynn worked in the surgery and ophthalmology fields with her last seven years focused on home health, hospice and elderly care. In addition to working in the medical field, Lynn spent 11 years in various sales and management positions including Director of Hotel Sales and Marketing for Hearts of America Restaurants and Inns and the Midwest and Regional Director of Account Management with McLeodUSA.

Kristin Naeve

Executive Director of Policy and Operations

Kristin Naeve is the Executive Director of Policy and Operations at Park Vista Senior Housing Management. Prior to joining Park Vista, Kristin worked in the legal field with a general practice law firm. She is a graduate of Drake University Law School where she received her Juris Doctorate. Kristin received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University where she majored in Policy Analysis and Management with a concentration in Family and Social Welfare.

Kelley Robinson, RN

Executive Director/Regional Director - Wisconsin

Kelley Robinson is the Executive Director at Park Vista Retirement Living – Waupaca and the Regional Director for PVSHM, LLC in Wisconsin. Kelley is a registered nurse with extensive experience in the assisted living field. Prior to joining Park Vista, Kelley worked in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. In 2009, Kelley came to Park Vista Retirement Living – Waupaca to work as a staff RN. She was quickly promoted to the Director of Nursing, and then to Executive Director/Regional Director – Wisconsin.

Brittany Quinn

Community Coordinator

Brittany Quinn is the Community Coordination for Park Vista Senior Housing Management, overseeing the administrative and operational functions at all PVSHM properties. Brittany began her career at Park Vista Retirement Living – North Hill as a certified nursing assistant and has quickly risen through ranks, while gaining an expansive understanding of the senior living business model. Brittany has an associate’s degree in elementary education.
